Dear guests, we ask your attention for the points below:

1. No cars may be parked at your holiday home. The cars must be parked in the parking lot at the main entrance of the park. Do not park on the roads.
2.Pets are not allowed in the home. We do not have provisions such as baskets, blankets, feeders etc. for your pet.
3. It is forbidden to smoke in the house, as well as around the pool. We have an ashtray outside.
4.It is wonderful to listen to music but think about your neighbors. Enjoy peace after 22.00 p.m.
5. Candles cozy, but do not leave them unattended.
6. Guests are welcome, but visits must be made known to us in advance. Visitors' cars should be parked in the parking lot at the entrance to the park.
It is not allowed that your visitors stay overnight without our permission and knowledge.
7. Our homes are exclusively intended for recreational purposes. You may not use our dwellings other than for which they are intended, for instance not intended for (celebrating) parties etc., etc. in the broadest sense of the word.
It is also not allowed to place one or more tents in or near the house.
9.You are obliged to use the bed linen you have rented (it is included in the rental price). It is not allowed to take the bed linen outside.
10. Furniture for inside, like chairs, also needs to stay inside the house. The contents must also remain in the same location when the rent is combined.
11. Retract sunscreen or parasol in strong wind and rain.
12. Dishwasher / Dustbin must be empty prior to departure, as well as the refrigerator.
13.You can put outside your garbage before 10.00 am, which will be collected between 10.00 am and 10.30 am.
14. It is not allowed to fry or gourmet in the house.
15.To take electrical appliances that require a lot of energy (think of heaters, etc.) is not permitted.
16.If you have made damage or breakage, be so neat and report it to us.
17.We do not have barbecues at our homes due to hygienic considerations. Of course, you can bbq. You can borrow a bbq from the concierge. Against payment you can get coal from the concierge. Barbecuing please only at the designated places.

If our house rules are not respected, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures and if necessary, to calculate, in whole or in part, any costs arising from this.

What is not included in the final cleaning costs?
Our houses are professionally cleaned. We try to keep our cleaning costs as low as possible. This is sometimes quite a problem.

At departure:
* leave dishes clean in the cupboard, empty the dishwasher
* turn off lights and empty the refrigerator 
* put garbage on the outside at the entrance when leaving

Unfortunately, it often happens that people leave their household waste, a full dish, empty bottles, etc. after leaving the home.
This costs the cleaning people extra time and therefore money. In order not to confront every guest with an increased cleaning price, we have decided to charge the extra cleaning costs only for those who have not left the house according to our house rules.
We rely on your understanding and hope we never have to apply these deductions.
Conversely, you also can expect quality and reliability from us. If there are any defects or problems during your stay, let us know immediately so that we can rectify this as soon as possible.

General rules:
Deposit
The deposit is € 100, - You pay this at check-in.
For defects that require repair, we reserve the right to settle this with the deposit. For damages which are higher, we reserve the right to recover these from the tenant. So that you can address your trip or third-party insurance.
If you fail to report any damage or defects that have occurred during your stay, and we noticed this after we have checked the property and a company has to come to repair the damage, we will charge you for the costs of repair.
 
Complaints or suggestions
Despite our care, it is possible that you have a complaint or suggestion. Please let us know in good time so that we can maintain and/or improve our service and quality and we can do something immediately and during your stay.
Complaints of any defects that are only reported on departure cannot be processed anymore.
As a guest you are liable for any damage caused during your stay and you must report this immediately, also damage caused by your fellow guests etc. Damages / breakage etc., which are already present or visible on arrival, must be reported immediately on arrival. Reporting later during your stay of damage / breakage etc. can no longer be traced back / assigned and will be charged to the current tenant.

Liability
We are NOT liable for: damage and / or injury caused by the stay on our premises; damage and / or injury caused by the use of the facilities present on the site.
We cannot accept any liability for noise nuisance, nuisance etc. experienced during the stay in and around our homes caused by third parties in the broadest sense of the word.
We cannot be held liable if during your stay facilities become disabled and / or the facilities are out of use. We will of course do our utmost to have repair or replacement carried out and provide a solution that you are also happy with.

Do not lose sight of your (small) children and do not leave them alone at the swimming pool.

General reservation

Total price
The total price on our site includes: electricity (normal use), water (normal use), transfer from and to the airport, including tourist tax and including use of bed linen based on the number of people you specify.
It is not permitted to use commercial services of third parties in our homes without the written permission of the lessor.
It is possible that the lawn is mowed during your stay (week stay).

Reservation
Reservations of our properties can be done by e-mail or by telephone (possibly via WhatsApp).

Payment
At reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid upon booking. (Only then your reservation is final). The remaining amount must be paid no later than four weeks before the start of the rental period.
For (last minute) bookings shorter than four weeks before the start, the entire amount must be paid at once.

Cancellation
You must take care of a cancellation and / or travel insurance yourself.
Our rules regarding Cancellation are:
If you cancel 2 months or longer for your rental period, we charge 30% of the total amount.
75% of the total amount within 2 months before the start of your rental period.
100% of the total amount within 1 month before the start of your rental period.

If your booking cannot be carried out for whatever reason, we will consider this on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, there are sometimes costs involved and resistance is not (always) possible shortly before time. We therefore always advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival after 14:30 the rented property can be involved or in consultation.
Upon arrival at the reception address, Pazarcimahasrin group ofis, you will receive the key and code for the entrance gate and other information of interest to you.
If you arrive later than 17.30, no problem, but we would like to hear this timely so that we can respond to this.
On the day of departure, the latest check-out time is at noon (10:30). In the event of early departure or late arrival, no claim can be made for a refund.

Occupancy
Use and occupancy maximum by 6 people (in a terrace villa) or by 4 people (in a garden villa). A child up to 2 years of age, using the child's bed that may be present, is not included in this.
The tenant in whose name the confirmation is, is the main tenant and therefore liable also for his or her co-tenants. The rental agreement is personal, and it is not allowed to rent or use our home (s) wholly or partially to others. If someone other than the main tenant, but someone from the traveling party, collects the key, we would like to hear that in advance.

To smoke
Smoking is not permitted in our home (s) and outbuildings. There is an ashtray outside each home, request to use it and empty it on departure.

Reservation
If the above rules are not complied with, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures.

General

House
The dwellings are intended for recreational purposes (in the broadest sense) and it is therefore not permitted to carry out a business in or from the home or to make the home available to any company.

Sewer
In no case should rain water, oil and the like be discharged into the sewer system.
In case of improper use, the unblocking costs will be charged to the tenant.

Open fire
Igniting open flames other than in barbecues or in the appropriate devices is not permitted.

Entrance gate
The entrance gate at the entrance to the park must be opened with the remote control supplied. Other ways of opening the entrance gate are not permitted.

Parking
Caravans, motorhomes, trucks, containers, boats, trailers, agricultural implements and the like are not allowed to stand on the property or near the house.
It is not allowed to park vehicles on the roads / or on the roadside along the roads, with the exception of loading and unloading. Several vehicles can be placed on the parking lot at the main entrance

Norms and values
The tenants of the park are expected to adhere to the norms and values that generally apply in our society. This means preventing and / or limiting any form of nuisance and maintaining the rest between 23:00 and 08:00.

The management of the park is aware that it has no control over what is going on behind each individual front door. An exception to this is the following: if a tenant of a recreational home causes unreasonable inconvenience to his environment, the management of the park will, after verbal and written notice, take appropriate measures to eliminate the nuisance. These measures will fit within the legal frameworks.
Management
1- The board of the park supervises the implementation of the park regulations.
2- This board has transferred this task to the concierge of the park.
3- The board supervises compliance with the park regulations by its own observations or by instructions or complaints from other users of the park.
4- In case of violation of the park regulations, the board or the concierge will directly take action.
